Who are you?
In this role, you are responsible for managing and expanding our customer portfolio in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Tasks and responsibilities:
- You manage and expand our customer portfolio in the Netherlands and Belgium.
- You ensure maximum customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
- You continuously seek opportunities to expand our customer base.
- You receive and process incoming leads.
- You represent the company at trade fairs to acquire customers and build your network
- You actively identify new business opportunities.
- You build and maintain relationships with potential customers.
- You ensure a perfect customer experience through personal service and close collaboration.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, inside sales, lead follow-up, or a similar role.
- Experience with B2B sales and customer relationships.
- A proactive mindset: you spot opportunities and act on them.
- Strong communication and commercial skills.
- Excellent command of Dutch and a good command of English.
- French or German is a plus.
- Affinity with custom-made solutions, concept sales, and project-based work.
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems, such as HubSpot or Exact Online, is a plus.
- A gross monthly salary between €2,800 and €3,500 based on full-time employment.
- A company laptop and iPhone.
- Flexible working hours between 07:00 and 18:00.
- 25 vacation days per year, extendable to 27.
