Who are you?
In this role, you are responsible for managing and expanding our dealer network across Europe. You will ensure maximum dealer satisfaction and revenue growth while continuously seeking opportunities to expand our dealer base in key European markets. You will actively engage with existing dealers, represent TrailerMolds at trade fairs, and proactively identify new opportunities to build relationships with potential partners across Europe.

Tasks and responsibilities:
- Manage and expand the dealer network across Europe.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing dealers and partners.
- Actively approach potential dealers, resellers, and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Manager and Commercial Director to develop dealer strategies and growth plans.
- Monitor dealer processes and analyze sales results by dealer, region, and market.
- Develop creative ideas to activate and inspire dealers.
- Ensure dealers have the right information, support, and commercial tools.
- Represent the company at trade fairs and identify new market opportunities.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably in sales, dealer management, new business development, or account management.
- Experience with dealers, resellers, retail, hospitality, automotive, or wholesale is a plus.
- Proven expertise in relationship management and acquisition.
- Willingness to travel regularly within Europe (approximately once per month).
- Strong command of Dutch and English; proficiency in German, Spanish, and/or French is an advantage.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial attitude with excellent communication and commercial skills.
- Structured, results-driven, and energetic.
- Comfortable working in an international, dynamic, and growing environment.
- Salary between €3,000 and €4,500 gross per month (based on full-time).
- Representative company car and company laptop.
- Flexible working hours between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
